The
Ministry of Education and Sports is in the process of updating the shortlist
that came into force on 1st July 2006. 2.
Applications for pre-qualification are hereby invited from reputable firms to
provide the following goods and services to the 2.1.
Servicing of motor vehicles and motor cycles
2.2.
Transport and Distribution Services
2.3.
Supply and maintenance of Generators and Solar systems
2.4.
Small/Minor Works
2.5.
Auctioneering Services.
2.6.
Supply of toners
2.7.
Hotel services
2.8.
Sports Gears and Accessories
2.9.
Supply of reagents 2.10. Supply
of Laboratory Equipment
3.
Interested firms should collect the pre-qualification documents from
Ministry of Education and Sports, 4.
Pre-qualification will be conducted in accordance with Public Procurement
and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003. 5.
There will be a pre-bid conference on 29th June 2007 at 3:00pm
in the Ministry Board Room 7.7 for all interested bidders. 6.
Applications for pre-qualification should be submitted in sealed
envelopes clearly marked: “(Application to be
pre-qualified for supply/provision of (Hotel services, Small/Minor Works, Toners
etc.)” for financial years 2007/2008 Addressed

In accordance to section 4 of the PPDA Guideline 1/2005, all firms that
were pre-qualified last financial year are hereby requested
a)
Certified copies of the current trading license
b)
Income Tax Clearance
c)
Signed Statement of no conflict of interest 8.

Current documents from existing providers should be submitted to the above
address not later than 23rd July 2007 at 4.00pm.
