SUMMARISED EVALUATION REPORT PR 1975
The Ministry of Education and Sports through the National Curriculum Development Centre, has developed a new Curriculum to be used in the lower primary. This has necessitated new teaching and learning materials to be produced and procured to suit the new Curriculum.
The requirement was for Supply of, the teaching and learning materials for thematic curriculum at P 1 level, for Preprimary and Primary (PPE) department as initiated by the Instructional Materials Unit (IMU).
The items were grouped in 24 Lots as follows:

Bidders were required to quote for an entire Lot. Submission had to contain 6 copies of dummies for testing conformance to specifications and six prototype copies of materials to be supplied for teaching and learning as required for pedagogic evaluation.
Bidding closed on 24th /10/2006 at 3:00pm. By bid closing time, thirteen firms had submitted their bids for respective lots as indicated below.
